Anthony P. McGrew, 75, of Houston, PA, died Saturday, May 15, 2021.
He was born on Monday, August 6, 1945, in McKeesport, PA a son of the late Anthony Medvidovich and Grace (Troise) Medvidovich McGrew.
Mr. McGrew was an earth science professor at California University of PA and and avid supporter of Cal U athletics and everything Cal U.
Tony was preceded in death by his parents and step-father, Harold McGrew.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 20 years, Kathleen McGrew of Houston, PA; daughter, Melanie McGrew; sisters, Joyce Bucy of West Elizabeth, PA, Phyllis and Thomas Martino of McKeesport, PA; brothers, Robert McGrew of Harwinton, CT and Ken McGrew, (Sandy Scott) of West Mifflin, PA and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the Mariscotti Funeral Home, Inc., Anthony N. Mariscotti, Supervisor, 323 Fourth Street, California, PA 15419 on Wednesday, May19, 2021 from 2-4 and 6-8pm and until 11 am on Thursday, May 20, 2021 when funeral services will be held in the funeral home with Fr. James Bump officiating.
Interment will follow in Round Hill Cemetery,
