arah (Steiner) Cool, age 36, passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2026. Born on November 2, 1989.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Wayne Cool; her parents, Mitchell and Kimberly Steiner; her brother, Stephen Steiner; and her in-laws, Timothy and Carol Cool, along with many cherished relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her Grandma Steiner, Grandpa Jack Frye and her loving Guggy.
Sarah was truly one of a kind, with a magnetic personality, contagious laughter, and an unforgettable presence. Loud, goofy, and effortlessly funny, she had a remarkable ability to walk into a room and immediately put a smile on everyone's face. She was the life of every party, the heart of every gathering, and someone people were naturally drawn to.
Sarah found her greatest happiness in spending time with Wayne, their beloved huskies, and the family and friends she held so dear. She loved camping, fishing at the lake, taking adventures with her husband, and looking forward to trips with her best friends and cousins. A proud Pittsburgh sports fan, she especially enjoyed watching Penguins games with Wayne. She also appreciated life's simpler pleasures, whether it was a game of solitaire, discovering a new show, or shimmying her shoulders to a catchy song while singing along and giggling at herself whenever she missed a lyric.
Family was at the heart of everything Sarah did. She shared an especially close bond with her parents and brother, including her cherished daily phone calls to her mom on the drive home from work. She embraced her extended family and friendships wholeheartedly, making everyone feel welcomed, loved, and included. Known for her dedication and reliability, Sarah also carried an incredible work ethic as a devoted manager throughout her entire career.
Though her 36 years were far too few, Sarah filled them with an extraordinary amount of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Her absence will be deeply felt, but her spirit will live on through the stories, smiles, and laughter of everyone fortunate enough to have known her.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Sarah's life during visitation on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh 15236.
On Wednesday, October 7, 2026, a funeral procession will depart Jefferson Memorial by 10:15 a.m. for Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth, PA, where a chapel service will take place at approximately 11:00 a.m.
