Richard E. Boros, age 87, of Elizabeth Twp., passed away Thursday, September 24, 2026 at home. An Air Force veteran, he was a retired millwright at General Motor’s Fisher Body in West Mifflin. He enjoyed taking care of his home and car and being with his family. Born August 21, 1939 in Braddock, he was a son of the late Andrew and Anna (Getsie) Boros. He is survived by his wife of more than 60 years, Darlene J. Boros; children, Kevin (Lenadee) Boros of Elizabeth, Dineen (David) Greenwald of Elizabeth Twp., Mary (Jerry) Buchinger of South Park, Keith (Chrissy) Boros of Baldwin and Karen (Scott) Opfer of Smithfield; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; also, nieces and nephews. A private service was in the chapel at Round Hill Cemetery. Arrangements by the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth.
