Cody Joseph Walters, 28, of Monongahela (Forward Township), died unexpectedly Tuesday, September 1, 2026, in his home. He was born July 1, 1998, in Freehold, New Jersey, the son of Steven and Stephanie Poulos Walters.

Cody was a 2016 graduate of Trinity High School and received his associate degree in diesel technology from the Rosedale Technical College in Pittsburgh. He owned and operated Walters Welding and Fabrication in Monongahela and was very talented in his work.

Cody loved riding side by sides with Noelle and spending time with friends. Cody had a passion for sarcasm, making a joke out of everything, and considered himself a professional BSer.

He is survived by his wife, Noelle Golomb Walters with whom he celebrated 2 years of marriage on August 31, 2026; sister-in-law, Jocelyn Golomb; brother, Justin Walters, maternal grandfather, William Ryan, father and mother-in-law, Mark and Tracy Kumf; father-in-law, John F. Golomb; grandmother-in-law, Margaret Goettel; and "The Kids", Theodore and Simon.

Friends will be received on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, from 4-8 PM in the Frye Funeral Home, Inc., 427 West Main Street, Monongahela, where funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM with the Rev. Jeff Lytle officiating. Interment will follow in Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth.
