David Hartzell Obituary
David E. Hartzell, age 67, of Elizabeth, passed away Saturday, July 18, 2026 at home. He was a retired lab technician at Neville Chemical Co. in Pittsburgh and enjoyed watching the Pittsburgh Penguins. Born October 2, 1958 in Ross Twp., he was the son of the late Earl and Joan (Blackstock) Hartzell. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Deborah K. (Nakutis) Hartzell; son, Marc (Kaila) Hartzell of Jefferson Hills; grandchildren, Noah and Lillian; sister, Elaine Hague; nephew, David William Hague; and cousins. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A funeral service in the funeral home chapel will be Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 10 AM with Pastor Jude Urso officiating. Burial will be in Round Hill Cemetery.
